He is survived by: his mother Gladys Garvin (Henning) of Tell City, IN; his wife Sherry Ball of Rockport, IN; his children, Noah E. Ball IV of Toms River, NJ, Skylar Ball of Rockport, IN and Shayla Muffett (Jason) of Newburgh, IN; his grandson Conor Ball; his siblings, Jeff Ball (Michelle), Tony Ball (Jan) and Debbie Ball; his parents-in-law, Jim and Diana Carter; and his brother-in-law B. J. Ball.
