She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kuegel and Mary Pauline Kuegel (Newman); her husband John A. Payne; and her siblings, George Kuegel Jr., Paul Kuegel, Albert Kuegel, Martin Kuegel, Ann Keelin and Sue Yannacone.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Payne, Cindy Wade (Mike), Jeff Payne (Julie), Debbie Laue and Faye Gregory (Brian); her grandchildren, Brian Payne (Amber), Eric Laue (Mindon), Rachel Wade (David LeDoux), Meredith Scranton (Riley), Kristin Laue, Valarie Pulk (Stephen), Amanda Laue, Michaela Gregory, Megan Tudor (Sam), Brittany Lupinski (Teddy) and Keith Gregory; her siblings, Mike Kuegel (Dorothy), Bill Kuegel, David Kuegel (Suzi), Theresa Rhodes (Martin), Paula Al-Zubaidi and Helen O'Bryan (Paul); and her siblings-in-law, Susie Buckles, Dorothy Kuegel and Jim Payne (Monica). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
