She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Chapman and Anna Chapman (Bailey); her husband William Howard; her brothers, Jack and Joe Bill Chapman; her nephew Ned Richards; and her son-in-law Michael Hack.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Hack of Rockport, IN; her granddaughter Mysti DeMarco of Rockport, IN; her great grandchildren, Mikey and Jimmy Stratford; her niece Clauda Gayle Mayo; and her nephew Tony Richards. She is also survived by Many extended family and friends.
