He is survived by: his wife Connie Scales (Hall); his children, Jessica Midkiff (Wes) and Devin Scales; his grandchildren, Rexton, Israel and Ezekiel Midkiff; and his siblings, Gary Scales (Kathy), Robert Scales (Stacy Brenner), Matthew Scales and Brenda Spurlock (Granville).
