We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2023, at the age of 79, Joseph L. Ayer Sr. of Rockport, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John Edwin; his wife Debra A. Horn; and his siblings, John Ayer, Sheila Gunn and Sharon Bennett.
He is survived by: his children, Joe L. Ayer, Jr. of Indianapolis, IN, Tom Ayer (Julie) of Indianapolis, IN, Bobby Ayer (Amy) of Indianapolis, IN and Julie Hayes (Randy) of Woodrow, SC; his grandchildren, Sam, Becca, Olivia, Hannah, Anna, Will, Nick, Jeremy and Travis; and his close friend Don Denning. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
