He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Crofton; his sons, Joseph Jerome Crofton II (Ami) of Rockport, IN and Daniel Campbell of Madisonville, KY; his grandchildren, Alexandria Lynn Duke (Chase) and James William Crofton; and his great grandchildren, Dathen Winters and Caroline Duke.
