He was predeceased by: his parent Laurence McBride; and his siblings, Melva Stone, Bud McBride, Wayne McBride and Dolores Childers.
He is survived by: his wife Anita McBride (Vollman); his sons, John L. McBride Jr. (Barbara), David Alan McBride (Joelle) and Aaron Dale McBride (Mindy); his brothers, Larry McBride, Jim McBride, Bill McBride and Jack McBride; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Childers and Martha McBride. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
