She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Eble and Maxine Eble of Richland, Indiana.; her former spouse Thomas L. Hammers; her husband Ron Straughan of Rockport, Indiana.; and her stepdaughter Sherry Bailey of Missouri.
She is survived by: her son Thomas "Mickey" Hammers (Angie) of Rockport, IN; her grandsons, Mason and Cole Hammers of Rockport, IN; her stepson Rick Straughan of Missouri; her siblings, Roy Tharp (Rita) of Richland, IN, John Tharp (Betty) of Rockport, IN and Linda Vandiver (Stephen) of Newburgh, IN; and her sister-in-law Patty Unice of Missouri. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
