He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Jean Greene (Rutherford). He is survived by: his mother Sherry Greene (Mastin); his children, Brittney Dugas (Zach) and Travis Greene (Samantha); and his grandchildren, Molly, Lucas Dugas, Anakin and Blair Greene. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to his grandchildren's education fund.
