He is survived by: his children, Jerry Smith of St. Petersburg, Joey Smith (Casey) of St. Petersburg, Johnny Smith (Ashley) of St. Petersburg, Mirra Cole DeFur and Julia DeFur; his mother Patricia Wall (Bob) of Owensboro; and his siblings, Marty Morales (Martin) of Kaufman, Lulu Winkler (Richard) of Rockport, Kelly Smith (Angel) of Owensboro, Mickey Smith (Janice) of Richland, Patti Clodfelter (Mark) of Evansville and Bob Smith (Anna) of Owensboro. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
