He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Fulks (Margaret Fulks) and Margaret Fulks; his siblings, Allen, Henry (Pud), Jack, Clay, Marie Goodwin and Marge Green; his son Bret Fulks; his grandson Daniel Fulks; his great grandchild Dylan Somers; and his son-in-law Terry Rice.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Fulks; and his children, Cindy Rice, Randy Fulks (Lisa) and Robert Fulks (Lori). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter.
