He was predeceased by: his father James S. Rumage Sr. Ed; his stepfather Tyrus V. Forler; and his grandparents, John, Mary Koch (Seibert), Joseph and Dorothy Rumage (Kaelin).
He is survived by: his mother Regina Forler (Rumage); his siblings, James Rumage (Teresa), Mike Rumage (Marsha), Greg Rumage (Angie), Jeff Rumage (Laura), Elaine Mitchell (Bill), Jeannine Wise (David), Andrea Meinert (Rick) and Anita Corne (Brian); and his stepsiblings, Neil Forler (Rita), Eric Forler (Diane) and Celeste Teaford (Doug). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
