We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2020, at the age of 59, Debra Ann Dunn (Rockport, Indiana), born in Owensboro, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Kathleen Philipps Sturgeon (Philipps); and her uncle Paul Philipps. She is survived by: her father Wallace Hall; her husband Donald L. Dunn; her daughter Christa Garrett (Jordan); her stepdaughter Julie James (Ryan); her grandchildren, Raigan, Tatum Garrett, Leah and Jaydon James; her siblings, David Hall (Debbie), Karen Thomas (Maurice), Kim Ficker (John) and Kevin Hall (Lindsey); and her aunt Bonnie Philipps. She is also survived by Several extended family and friends.
