She is survived by: her husband Bobby Phelps of McCutchanville, IN; her children, Jason Phelps (Jessica) of Avon, IN, Brian Phelps (Lena) of Evansville, IN and Sarah Smith of Newburgh, IN; her grandchildren, Cole Branson Smith, Ali Phelps, Isabel Phelps and Max Phelps; and her siblings, Roger Hamilton, Bob Hamilton and Phyllis Gagnon.
