She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Ray Neal; her parents-in-law, Bob and Mary Parsley; and her sister-in-law Patty Mullican. She is survived by: her husband Reid Parsley; her daughters, Krista Parsley and Jenna Parsley; her brother Mike Neal (Marsha); and her grandchildren, Kaylee Evans and Carson Evans. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
