He was predeceased by: his daughter Kensley Gene Callaway; and his grandparents, Janice Voss Callaway and Billy Gene Lovern. He is survived by: his wife Sara Callaway (Fulkerson); his children, Kaylee Mae Schmitt, Addyson Deanann Callaway and Greyson Scott Callaway; his sister Kristen Deibler (Matt); his nephews, Luke and Clarkson Deibler of Henderson; his brother Mason Callaway (Abby) of Alton, Illinois.; and his grandparents, Bill Tom Callaway of Sturgis and Marsha Ames Lovern of Sturgis.
