Betty J. Nix Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2022, at the age of 86, Betty J. Nix of Rockport, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Alan Weatherholt; her husband Bill Nix, Jr.; her daughter Phyllis DeWeese (Nix); and her siblings, Bobby, E. K., Jessie, Jimmy, Walter, Joe Weatherholt, Nina Foertsch and Linda Turner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Driskell (Kim) and Alana Swanker (Jim); her grandchildren, Lori Page, Erika Driskell, Amee Hadley, William "Drew" Driskell, Jennifer Clutter, Leah Powers and Dustin Sarver; and her siblings, Roy Thomas Weatherholt, Paul Weatherholt and Diane Vaughn. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations such as monetary donations, blankets and food items may be donated to the Woodlawn United Methodist Church Soup Kitchen at 1120 Woodlawn Avenue, Owensboro, KY 42301.
