He was predeceased by: his uncle Izaak Thomas Harney. He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Harney and Britteny Harney (Durbin); his grandparents, Donald Silas Harney, Katrina Harney and April Moseley; and his great-grandparents, William, Emily Beth Harney, Joseph, Janice Glenn, Eddie and Deloris Gabbard. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
