We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2021, at the age of 80, Barbara Elizabeth Buchanan of Rockport, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Parsley and Mary Elizabeth Parsley (Abney); and her brothers, Joe Parsley, Louie Parsley and Loney Parsley.

She is survived by: her children, Margaret Jarnigan of Weirton, WV and Frank Kamuf (Jill) of Dale, IN; her grandchildren, Melissa Rihel (Damian), Kathryn Dalton (Josh) and Christopher Kamuf (Abby); and her sister Mary Hill (Don). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Santa Claus United Methodist Church Cemetery.
