With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alton D. Heflin (Rockport, Indiana), born in Madisonville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 14, 2018 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Lou Smith Heflin; his son Steven Wayne Heflin; and his siblings, Walton D. Heflin, Sr., Ivan Heflin, Richard Heflin, Roy Heflin, Ishmael Heflin, Vernie Heflin, Willie Heflin and Ruby Heflin.

He is survived by: his daughter Dianna Lynn Michael of Rockport; his grandson Miles Steven Michael of Rockport; and his siblings, Drexel Helflin of Portage, Edith Clark of Wooster and Edath Kessinger of Naples.
