He is survived by: his children, Bryan Critchfield of Rockport, Randy Clayton (Janet Miller) of Patronville, Lisa Jackson of Owensboro and Kara Frye of Lexington; his grandchildren, Jennifer Heflin, Justin Jackson, Jayme Jackson, Sarah Prock, Amanda Bolton, Jessica Critchfield, Chelsea Critchfield, Ciarra Critchfield and Alexis Mullen; and his sisters, Sylvia Davis of Boonville and Gloria Wiygul. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
