She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Rosco DePoy and Mildred Edna DePoy (Sims); her husband Wilbur "Bud" Ernest Cowger; her sons, Keith Cowger, Leon "Buddy" Cowger, Bill Cowger, Terry Cowger and Michael Cowger; her grandchildren, Donna Cooly, Michael Cowger Jr. and John Cooly; her great great grandchild Letty Tener; and her siblings, Katherine Shidler, Betty Good, Thomas DePoy and Leon DePoy.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Cooley of Talma, Indiana, Dianna Overmyer (Danni) of Tippecanoe, Indiana, Twyla Hartman (Mike) of Argos, Indiana, Melody Avery (Clyde) of Plymouth, Indiana, Kelly Cowger (Wendy Goodman) of Talma, Indiana and Tim Cowger of Rochester. She is also survived by 30 Grandchildren and numerous Great-Granchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Argos United Methodist Church (570 N Michigan St, Argos, IN 46501). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
