She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Dale and Rebecca Jacqueline; her sons, Jeremy Adam and Jamey Bartholomew See; her grandchild Caylin Presley Monroe; her brothers, Gary Dale Shelburne, Scotty Boyd Shelburne and Rusty Wire Shelburne; the father of her children Kenneth Ray Allen See; her sister-in-law Jeanie Shelburne; and her pet Snake'r Sam.

She is survived by: her daughters, Joni Rebecca Monroe of Daytona Beach, FL and Jessica Lynne France (Dustin) of Fulton; her grandchildren, Paetyn Juanita Monroe of Daytona Beach, FL, Alexander Gregory Orrender of Daytona Beach, FL, Keagan Alan France of Fulton and Jackson Blake France of Fulton; her siblings, Betsy Rebecca Shelburne of State College, PA, Misty Suzanne DePoy (Tim) of Warsaw, Mindy Suzette Navarro (Hector) of Rochester, Jeffery Joe Shelburne of Rochester, Rodney Howard Shelburne (Darla) of Warsaw, Randy Lee Shelburne (Carol) of Rochester and Barney Brent Shelburne (Lorraine) of Stillman Valley, IL; and her sisters-in-law, Pam Sears Shelburne and Laurie Drenth Shelburne.
