He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mullins and Ida Mullins (Evans); his wife Mildred Gunter; his siblings, Verna Huegel, Bessie Bain, Esther Bixler, Zora Lee Conner, Mary Collins, Luella Mullins and LeRoy Mullins; his granddaughters, Jen Mullins and Konya Mullins; and his sons-in-law, Don Hughes and Bob Minthorn.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Hughes, Linda Hardin (Tom), Donna Smith (Charles), Susan Mullins, Ron Mullins (Deb) and Al Mullins (Jan); and his sister Darla Jean Caldwell. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, several great grandchildren, two great-great-granddaughters.
