He was predeceased by: his mother Madge Carr; his grandparents, Fred and Nettie Carr; his wife Kelsa Carr; and his granddaughter Sidneigh Jo Carr.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Carr (Teri) and Greta Lynch (Ron) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Jared Lynch (Dasha) of Rochester, Ryleigh Carr (Deanna) of Culver, Chaneigh Carr (Wayne Speer) of Rochester and Aaron Lynch (Kristen) of Valparaiso; his great grandchildren, Aiden Lynch, Camden Vanata, Jaxon Carr and Jace Carr; his brother John Milliser (Linda) of Rochester; and his sisters-in-law, Lottie Kotterman of North Carolina, Donna Reffett of Carmel and Ida Reffett of Arizona. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
