He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Samuel and Mary Christina Bassler Horn; his wife Janet Elaine Wills; his grandson Jordan Cole Horn; his great grandchild Trey Douglass Horn; and his siblings, Mary Lou Parish and Gene Horn.
He is survived by: his children, Patty Horn of Rochester, Tim Horn of Rochester and Lisa Adams (Kent) of Akron; his grandchildren, Travis Horn (Kristin), Ty Horn, Kyle Horn (Marjorie), Ben Adams and Troy Adams; his great grandchildren, Layne Horn, Tanner Horn, Tylee Horn and Cerila Rae Horn; and his siblings, Elaine Eudy of Logansport, Bevery Alger of Sarasota, Larry Horn (Peggy) of Fulton, Lou Anne Townsend (Ryan), Dean Wills and Allen Wills (Carolyn).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Good Family Funeral Home (1200 W 18th St, Rochester, IN 46975). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
