With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry R. Heater of Rochester, Indiana, born in Winamac, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 4, 2024 at the age of 73. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Lee and Lois Ann Bishop Heater of Star City; his children, Candice P. Johnston (D. J.) of Rochester, Shane L. Heater, Lindsay of Delphi and John R. Heater (Shanna) of LaFountain; his grandchildren, Abbi, Gavin, Andrew, Peyton, Brooke (Mark), Makinzee, Emily, Josh, Bridget, Lily and Caleb; his great grandchild Thomas Lee Lehman; his brothers, Joe Heater of Logansport and Ron Heater (Joyce) of Star City; and his daughter-in-law Carissa Heater.
