He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Garvey and Ruthie Garvey (Hartson); and his daughter Sarah Garvey. He is survived by: his children, Joshua and Jedidiah Garvey; his stepdaughter Lara Taylor; his sister Debra (Pete Parker); and his grandchildren, Hunter, Bradley, Valerie and Odessa.
