He was predeceased by: his brother Anthony; and his grandparents, George Miller Hentgen, Ruby Hentgen (Awker), Vonnie A. Parsons, Wanda L. Parsons (Hershberger), Ross and Carrie Monfort.
He is survived by: his parents, Georgia Ann Parsons (Hentgen) and David Arthur Parsons (Karen); his stepfather John Monfort; and his sisters, Adrienne Terry (Joe) and Cheyenne Monfort. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
