She was predeceased by: her parents, Blaine Merideth and Louise Evelyn Walther Bowen; her daughters, Dianna Plummer and Tammy Sue Dawson (Roy); and her great grandchild Nora.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Montel (Julie), Todd Montel (Chris) of Rochester, Nick Dawson of Texas and Aurora; her grandchildren, Milton Plummer, Brandon Dawson, Adam Montel, Justin Montel (Paige), AJ Montel (Betsie), Jacob Dawson, Jennifer Dittmer (Chris), Jami Montel, Deidre Dittmer (Brandon) and Ashley Dittmer; and her brother Todd Bowen (Marilyn) of Ft. Wayne.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 1:00 PM at the Good Family Funeral Home (1200 W 18th St, Rochester, IN 46975). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oaklawn Cemetery.
