He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Byrl and Ruby Agnes Meeker Newlin; his children, Jeffrey Newlin and Julie Wagoner; and his brother Maurice Newlin.
He is survived by: his wife Miss Donna Sue Mikeworth; his daughter Lori Frounfelter (D. J.) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Lesley Klauk (Alec), James Lee Newlin II (Amanda) and Melissa Huffman (Aaron); his sister Mary Jo Holmes (Keith) of Hutsonville, IL; and his pet Carolina.
