He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wilbur and Dorothy L. Tobey Horn. He is survived by: his wife Helen Deaton; his children, Pamela McCoy (Joseph) of Lancaster, Ohio and Jeffrey J. Horn of Rochester; his grandchildren, Brad Horn (Michelle), Brandon Horn, Jesse McCoy (Sarah) and Rachel McCoy; his great grandchildren, Azalia Horn, Matthias Horn, Milo McCoy and Cooper McCoy; and his sister Carolyn Metzger of Greenwood.
