He is survived by: his parents, Robert May and Ruby May (Sparks); his son Chad May; his friend Teri Smith; his children, Brock Smith, O'Brien Smith of Churubusco, Nicholas Smith of Warsaw and Olivia Smith of Warsaw; his siblings, John, Bill, Carson, Rod, Bobbie Welch of North Carolina, Robin and Rhodes of Warsaw; his aunts, Susie Davis and Barb Francis; his uncle Con May; his sibling George; and also Ruby May. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
