He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward N. Provost and May Provost (Merrill); and his stepson James Brent McAllister. He is survived by: his wife Harriet Provost (Bonine); his children, Curtis Adams and Tamara Provost; his stepdaughter Gwen McAllister (Fiance' Adam Hoover); and his sister Jacqueline Neumann. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
