He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Bookwalter and Ida Snavely Bookwalter; his half-brother Everett; and his pet Rose. He is survived by: his children, Shirley Dayberry (Gene) of Logansport, Dale Bookwalter, Michael Bookwalter of Logansport and Glen Bookwalter (Joan) of Hebron; and his sister Carol Steinhauer (Paul).
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Bethlehem Cemetery.
