She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Weldon and Opal Sherrard Sr. (Durbin); her husband Lowell "L. D." Thousand of Wisconsin; her daughter Janice Ellen Pugh; her siblings, H. Weldon Sherrard Jr., Donald Sherrard and Miriam Sherrard; and her stepgrandson Robert Pratt.
She is survived by: her children, Lowell D. Thousand Jr. (Lynda), Maryanna E. Thousand and Nancy Pratt (John); and her nieces, Debora Arnett and Victoria Coplen. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren.
