He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Don Smothers, Bob and Nila Mathews. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Smothers and Luann Smothers (Mathews); his grandmother Ann Smothers; his siblings, Jim Bashop, Jackie Zuercher (Aaron), Kelsey Simmons (DJ), Zach Smothers (Montana) and Bryce Smothers (Brianna McClellan); his aunts, Karen Sherbahn (Dan) and Sharon Lay; his cousins, Jennifer, Jessica and Jocelyn; and his pet Aeries. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
