He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Clark and Dora Clark (Roller) of Zanesville, Ind.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Kimmerly Minniear and Jeff Clark; and his siblings, Delores Fry, Eldon Clark, Don Clark and Karan Clark. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
