He was predeceased by: his parents, Beth Johnson Twomey and Shandon Patrick Twomey; and his grandparents, Dan Johnson, Dominic and Agnes Twomey.

He is survived by: his wife Helen; his sons, Malcolm Dan and Ronald Scott (Heather Clark); and his grandchildren, Regan, Campbell and Harper Twomey.
