He was predeceased by: his parents, William Reffe and Lucille Reffe (Rogers); and his daughter Penny Jane Reffe. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ann Alter; and his children, Ken Reffe (Linda), Dorinda Springer (Darryl), Adonica Zahedi (Omid) and Peter Reffe (Bekah). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
