We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2020, at the age of 97, Robert Kelsey (Roanoke, Indiana), born in Woodburn, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd B. Kelsey and Hilda Kelsey (Bowman); and his siblings, Patricia Watkins, Floyd Kelsey Jr. and Duane Kelsey.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Wilson; and his sisters, Phyllis Witherow of Roanoke and Barbara Graham (Jim) of Troy. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews.
