He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmage Sparks and Merlie Sparks (Creech). He is survived by: his wife Cinda Sparks (Briner); his children, Jared Sparks (Heather), Audra Uher (Jeff) and Sara McQueen (Scott); his grandchildren, Avery, Conner Sparks, Austin, Brock, Kash Uher, Kyla and Jaelyn McQueen; his siblings, Wendell Sparks (Naoma), Denise Ellis (Trent) and Jeanine Sparks; and his stepmother Janet Sparks. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
