He was predeceased by: his parents, George Emerick and Opal Emerick (Strouse). He is survived by: his son Brian Emerick (Kathleen) of Fort Wayne, IN; his stepsons, Mike Arnold of Butler, IN, Jeff Arnold of Fremont, IN, Brad Arnold (Melissa) of Butler, IN and Dion Arnold of Edon, OH; and his siblings, Jess Yates of Rome City, IN and Robin Godsey of Ashley, IN. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
