He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Wade and Esther Wade. He is survived by: his wife Ann Wade; his children, Phil Wade (Carol) and Leslie Wade; his brother Rod Wade; and his grandsons, Alex and Austin. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
