He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Don, Ruth Zartman and Barbara Belote. He is survived by: his wife Beth Johnson; his daughter Sarah Schultz (Bobby); his grandson Liam Wade Schultz; his parents, Robert Johnson and Barbara Cushing; and his siblings, Robert Johnson and Krista Pincince (Marc). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made to Liam Schultz education fund or Heartland Hospice in memory of Hank and Jean Salge.
