She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip B. Kohli and Opal P. Kohli (Moser); her grandson Shaun D'Cruz; and her sister Phyllis Shaw. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Agler (Judy) of Decatur, Indiana and Christopher L. Agler of Decatur, Indiana; her brother Bill Kohli (Gloria) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and her grandsons, Dustin Agler, Aaron Agler (Becca Frey) and Christian Agler.
