She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Bowers and Helen Bowers (Schnelker); and her sisters, Carol Tenbarge (Robert) and Marjorie Skiles. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Cler; her sister-in-law Marcia Robbins (Cler); her sons, Daniel Cler (Stephanie Schmitz) of Coatesville and Matthew Cler (Laura Mokol) of Carmel, Indiana; her grandchildren, Naomi Keenean, Caleb Cler (Joy Cleghorn), Peter Cler (Erica Bezio), Timothy Cler (Elizbeth Angus), Charity Cler, Daniel Cler, Joshua Cler, Hannah Cler, Madeleine Cler and Hayden Cler; her great grandchildren, Titus Cler and Adam Cler; her siblings, Elaine Bowers, Jerry Bowers (MaryAnn) and Jane Ervin (Rick); and her brother-in-law Terry Skiles.
