With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carole Ocken (Roanoke, Indiana), born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on August 29, 2018 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Veronica; her siblings, Joseph Banet and Ina Brouwer; and also Hoover. She is survived by: her spouse John "Jack" Ocken; her daughter Amy O. Ellet (Andy); her grandchildren, Jacob, Jarrett, Justine, Jacklyn, Jhett and Jackson; her siblings, John R. Banet (Pam), Connie Miller (Dick), Pam Bak (Lawrence) and Deb Fosnaugh (Dan); her brother-in-law Mike Brouwer; and also John "Jay" Ocken (Lyn).
In lieu of flowers preferred memorials are to Masses or Neighborhood Health Clinic or Visiting Nurse and Hospice.
