She was predeceased by: her parents, George Andrew Blair and Bonnie Helen Brown; her husband Bill Moore; and her siblings, Steve Blair and Colleen Dawn Kniss.

She is survived by: her children, Roger Lee Moore of Huntington, Indiana and Calian Marie Wuensch (Tyson); her brother George Allen Blair of Kokomo, Indiana; her brother-in-law Greg Kniss of Peru, Indiana; her grandchildren, Wren Michael Wuensch and Briar Lee Wuensch; and her caregiver Troy Blair. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
