He is survived by: his sons, Seth Thomas Perkins (Emily) of Roann and Coy "Ryan" Perkins (Bobbi) of LaFontaine, Indiana; his grandchildren, Chalice Starling (Trevor Yenna) of Greenwood, Chaston Starling of Indianapolis, Cedar Perkins of Indianapolis, Makayla Schlie (Jordan) of Huntington, Zachary Rorick of New Haven and Madison Grahovac (Dylan) of Columbia City, Indiana; his great grandchildren, Sailor Starling, Ryker Starling, Alex Martinez, Angelo Martinez, Rilynn Schlie, Georgia Grahovac, Penny Grahovac and Hazel Grahovac; and his siblings, Martha Perkins of Los Angeles and Ken Perkins (Beth) of Wabash.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the First United Methodist Church (110 W Sinclair St, Wabash, IN 46992). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

Preferred memorial is Ivy Tech Foundation.
